Solar panel installation across Málaga province: systems from €4,500, English- and Dutch-speaking engineers, full subsidy handling and legalisation. Free survey.
Indicative installed prices: €4,500–€6,500 for an apartment or small home (3–4 kWp), €15,000–€19,500 for a villa with 10 kWp and a 10 kWh battery, and €22,000–€38,000 for large villas with pool and air conditioning (15–20 kWp). Price depends on roof, shading and consumption — not on the town.
Yes. Our office in Coín is run by a Dutch-speaking team: the survey, quote, contract, subsidy applications and monitoring app are all handled in Dutch. Legal filings with the Junta de Andalucía are of course in Spanish — we translate and file them for you.
The IRPF income-tax deduction of up to 60% of the investment applies nationwide. Municipal IBI bonifications vary a lot: Fuengirola offers 50% for three years, Málaga 15% for three years and Ronda 30% for three years, while Marbella repealed its bonification on 03-03-2025 and Estepona and Mijas currently have none in force. ICIO construction-tax discounts depend on the local ordinance. We check exactly which schemes your municipality offers and file all applications.
Yes — from our base in Coín we cover the whole Guadalhorce valley (Coín, Alhaurín el Grande, Cártama, Pizarra), Málaga city, and inland towns like Antequera and Ronda, in addition to the full Costa del Sol from Manilva to Torremolinos.
On the Costa del Sol the installed price is €950–€1,200 per kWp for a budget system, €1,200–€1,500 per kWp for a premium system with hybrid inverter and full legalisation, and €1,500–€1,950 per kWp once battery storage is included. A 10 kWp villa system with a 10 kWh battery therefore lands between €15,000 and €19,500.
Our price includes panels, hybrid inverter, mounting structure, cabling and protections, installation by our own certified team, commissioning, monitoring app, full legalisation with the Junta de Andalucía and the filing of the IRPF deduction, plus any municipal IBI/ICIO bonification your municipality still grants (Marbella repealed its solar IBI bonification on 03-03-2025, so no Marbella IBI application applies). Cheap quotes frequently exclude legalisation and subsidy filing, which can cost €600–€1,200 afterwards.
The state IRPF income-tax deduction returns up to 60% of the investment (capped per year). Municipal incentives vary: Fuengirola and Torremolinos apply a 50% IBI bonification for three years, Ronda 30% and Málaga 15%, while Marbella repealed its solar IBI bonification on 03-03-2025 and several other municipalities have none in force. Available tax incentives therefore depend on your municipality and the regulations in force — we check which ones apply to your property and calculate the effect on your net price during the free survey.
Four things explain nearly every price gap: panel and inverter tier, whether battery storage is included, whether legalisation and subsidy filing are inside the price, and whether the work is done by the company's own electricians or subcontracted. Compare quotes on price per kWp with an identical scope — not on the headline total.
